Patria told us what it means to be a leader, in her case she was the founder of the Dome Cafe.  Patria doesn't really like using the term "Boss" because it sounds like she owns her employees. She likes her employees and she is kind and loyal to them. You need to stand up for your friends and even though you are taking a big risk you are showing great loyalty to them.

Loyalty can give you lots of opportunities to get jobs, groups of friends and lots more.  If you are loyal to people they will be kind and loyal back to you. Sharing things can also get other people to like you and be kind to you. Leaders need to have self esteem and be able to socialize with people you haven't met before.
